Duties and Responsibilities

● Facilitate scrum events including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint review, and sprint retrospectives.

● Ensuring that all Scrum events take place and are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.

● Coordinates communications, escalates and facilitates the resolution of risks, issues and changes.

● Coaching the team members in self-management and cross-functionality

● Removing barriers between stakeholders and Scrum Teams

● Helping the Scrum Team understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items

● Leading, training, and coaching the organization in its Scrum adoption

● Work closely with the product owner to understand requirements and scope work.

● Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best of breed technology, patterns, and methodologies.

● Nurture a culture of team excellence with openness, transparency, and close collaboration.

Core Qualifications and Education

● Having 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role in software/cloud applications.

● Certified Scrum Master

● Have a good understanding of various aspects of software development processes and procedures

● Collaborative mindset, with an ability to empathize with colleagues and establish relationships

● Experienced using Azure DevOps.

● Some background and experience in using .NET, React and SQL technology preferred.

● Good communication skills in English.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Ability to collaborate and work closely with others.

● Ability to document and explain technical details clearly and concisely.

● Any prior software development or testing experience (Frontend, Backend and embedded system) is a plus.
