Our client, a manufacturer of packaging materials located in Valenzuela City, is in need of Chemical Engineering graduates - licensed or under board - with audit or quality assurance experience to be assigned to their Paso De Blas plant for a direct-hire, full-time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure compliance with established quality standards in paper production.
  • Conduct process audits, analyze data, and recommend improvements to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures and documentation.
  • Work closely with production and R&D teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor raw material usage, chemical processes, and product outputs to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
  • Prepare and present reports on quality performance, audit findings, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in audit or quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
