  • Graduate of Accountancy course or Mathematics course
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Excel and formulas

Job Descriptions:

  • General Ledger Management
  • Maintain and reconcile the general ledger accounts.Post journal entries and ensure accurate financial data.
  • Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Maintain and update fixed asset register.
  • Calculate and record depreciation.
  • Inventory Accounting (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with inventory team for reconciliation and costing.
  • Internal Controls
  • Implement and monitor accounting controls and procedures.
  • Ensure proper documentation and safeguarding of records.
  • Other Tasks
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and tasks as required by management.
