Functional Overview:

This role requires deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance, and maintainable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tooling. As a UI Developer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric, accessible, and secure interfaces that align with enterprise-grade standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop modular, reusable UI components using React and TypeScript (TSX).
  • Build and maintain server-rendered applications with , leveraging its routing, API routes, and SSR capabilities.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure accessibility (WCAG compliance) across all supported browsers and devices.
  • Collaborate with back-end teams for API integration using tooling.
  • Apply best practices in front-end architecture, code reviews, and test coverage to ensure code maintainability and scalability.
  • Participate in UI/UX discussions to advocate for user-centered design principles.
  • Support infrastructure automation and deployment pipelines; experience with DevOps workflows and TerraScript is a strong plus.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility, security best practices, and responsive design.
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and back-end engineers to deliver best-in-class user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
  • Expert-level knowledge of React, including advanced component design and state management.
  • Strong proficiency in TypeScript, TSX, and modern ES6+ JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with , including SSR, SSG, and dynamic routing.
  • Proficient with for tooling, build pipelines, and server-side integration.
  • Deep understanding of web performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code splitting, caching strategies).
  • Solid grasp of web accessibility standards (ARIA, semantic HTML).
  • Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience working in agile, enterprise-scale software environments.
  • A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., React, TypeScript, Accessibility, or DevOps) are a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and Problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work in a 24x7 operational environment.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and adaptability.
