Key Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

  • Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, equipment, and materials to assigned locations (e.g., client sites, ports, suppliers, government offices).
  • Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, or other items as instructed.
  • Ensure timely arrival and departure in accordance with the daily schedule or dispatch plan.

Vehicle Maintenance:

  • Perform daily vehicle inspections before and after trips (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).
  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
  • Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs immediately to the Admin or Operations Department.

Documentation & Compliance:

  • Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage, and fuel consumption records.
  • Ensure all vehicle-related documents (registration, insurance, LTO papers) are valid and up to date.
  • Follow all traffic rules, company driving policies, and safety regulations.

Support Duties:

  • Assist in loading and unloading of materials and equipment when necessary.
  • Provide general assistance to other departments as needed (e.g., field support, errands).
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling official documents or company matters.

Qualifications:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • With valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1, 2, and 3).
  • At least 2 years of driving experience in a corporate or logistics setting.
  • Familiar with Metro Manila routes and nearby provinces (Laguna, Cavite, Batangas, etc.).
  • Knowledgeable in basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy.
  • Willing to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays if needed.
