About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Company Driver to join our team at J.E.S. AIRCON & REFRIGERATION SERVICES' in Paco Manila City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Company Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our staff and equipment to and from job sites. This role is essential in supporting our Air Conditioning & Refrigeration services and ensuring we can deliver high-quality work to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operate company vehicles in a safe, responsible, and courteous manner
  2. Transport employees and equipment to and from work sites within the local area
  3. Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure roadworthiness
  4. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to maintain a clean driving record
  5. Provide assistance in loading and unloading equipment and tools as needed
  6. Maintain detailed trip logs and mileage records
  7. Assist with other duties as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Valid driver's licence with a clean driving history
  2. Experience driving commercial vehicles or utility vans
  3. Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
  4. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  7. Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support operations
