The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's online presence across multiple social media accounts and marketing channels. This role will support the promotion of real estate properties, projects, and services, strengthen brand awareness, and drive engagement with prospective clients. The specialist will create compelling content, manage campaigns, track analytics, coordinate with the sales team, and oversee graphic design direction to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Manage and maintain multiple company social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Develop and execute monthly content calendars.
  • Create engaging and relevant posts, stories, and videos to promote real estate listings and company services.
  • Respond to inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activities to improve content strategy.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and presentations using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
  • Write engaging captions, blogs, and property descriptions.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to gather property details and client testimonials.
  • Direct and instruct the graphic artist on design requirements, ensuring outputs align with branding and campaign goals.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan and run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Coordination & Branding

  • Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers, photographers, and media partners when needed.
  • Support event planning and participation for open houses, property tours, and marketing events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in social media management or marketing (real estate industry preferred but not required).
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and online marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple accounts/projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in coordinating with graphic artists or design teams is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month
