Graphic Artist

Position Title: Graphic Artist

Department: Marketing

Work Location: UPad Taft - 912 P. Ocampo St., Malate, Manila

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday - 8AM to 5PM

Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials for dormitories and hotel promotions (flyers, brochures, posters).
• Create digital content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Maintain consistent branding across all visual materials.
• Design signage, room layouts, and promotional visuals for leasing and guest services.
• Capture and edit photos for properties, rooms, and company events.
• Edit videos, create GIFs, and design static visuals for digital marketing use.
• Provide event photography support for marketing and documentation purposes.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales/leasing, and operations teams to support campaigns.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring brand consistency.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design; real estate or hospitality background is a plus
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Skilled in basic photo editing.
• Familiarity with video editing platforms, including Premiere Pro and AfterEffects is a plus.
• Strong eye for design, layout, and branding.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php22, Php25,000.00 per month
