We're hiring a full-time, fully remote Investor Relations Specialist at Muvr, a fast-growing logistics and delivery marketplace reimagining how people move and deliver large items. Similar to Uber or Grab, Muvr connects customers, service providers, and partners—but our focus is on moving, delivery, and last-mile logistics.

In this role, you will manage all aspects of investor communications and relationship management. You'll maintain active engagement with current and potential investors, prepare and refine fundraising materials, and operate a high-volume outbound investor outreach engine to drive continuous capital growth.

Working directly with the Founder, you'll serve as the central point for investor coordination—overseeing pitch preparation, follow-ups, reporting, and the full investor pipeline.

This is a communication-driven, research-intensive, and execution-focused role that requires precision, organization, and consistent daily momentum.

• Manage and maintain a structured, high-quality pipeline of active and prospective investors.
  
• Build and operate a daily outbound investor outreach engine to expand Muvr's investor network and consistently secure qualified meetings.
  
• Research, identify, and prioritize venture capital firms, angel investors, family offices, and strategic corporate investors aligned with Muvr's mission and growth stage.
  
• Draft, personalize, and send high-volume, high-quality outbound communications to potential investors with precision and professionalism.
  
• Maintain and update all investor CRM records, including pipeline stages, meeting notes, follow-ups, and engagement touchpoints.
  
• Prepare and refine investor materials such as pitch decks, updates, financial summaries, and market intelligence briefs.
  
• Partner directly with the Founder to support investor meetings, including preparation of talking points, data insights, and follow-up materials.
  
• Coordinate and maintain the investor data room, ensuring all materials are organized, current, and audit-ready.
  
• Manage monthly investor updates, internal fundraising reports, and communication templates for consistency and clarity.
  
• Track and analyze key outreach metrics, including volume, reply rates, meeting conversion rates, and overall investor funnel performance.
  
• Monitor investor feedback, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve messaging, positioning, and targeting strategy.
  
• Support due diligence processes during active fundraising periods, ensuring timely delivery of required documents and information.
  
• Uphold strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism in all investor communications and data management.

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.
  
• 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, or corporate communications.
  
• Strong understanding of startup or marketplace business models.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  
• High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, presentation tools, and data visualization.
  

Preferred:

• Experience in a venture-backed or growth-stage tech company.
  
• Familiarity with SaaS or logistics KPIs (LTV/CAC, GMV, burn rate, EBITDA).
