We're looking for a
Business Technology Lead
who will serve as the dedicated IT and digital partner for our business unit, enabling efficiency, innovation, and growth.

What you'll do:

Act as the primary technology liaison for a specific business unit

Align IT initiatives with business strategies, KPIs, and growth priorities

Manage technology demand, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions

Lead planning and execution of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture

Drive stakeholder engagement and communication to ensure adoption and satisfaction

Serve as project manager/business-side lead for key IT and digital initiatives

Stay ahead of technology trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT/business partnership, product ownership, or business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of business processes in domains like distributorship, dealer operations, or mobility infrastructure
  • Skills in stakeholder engagement, project management, and business case development
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, DMS, mobile apps)
  • ITIL 4 Foundation (required); PMP certification (a plus)
  • A collaborative, customer-focused problem solver with a passion for digital innovation
