Job Description:

Digital

Builds and maintains our social media and digital presence

  • Establishes and executes a clear digital marketing strategy with innovative content; that all efforts have measurable targets that are closely monitored.

  • Leads social media planning, scheduling, development, execution, and monitoring.

  • Champions digital media planning, strategizing, execution and reporting to identify if ROIs and KPIs are met.

Ensures great collaboration with Channels and other third-party partners

  • Leads the coordination and development of requirements from IHD, delivery aggregators and third-party platforms led by Channels Department

Overall

  • Creates and develops the Brand's external and internal communication and initiatives.

  • Identifies trends and insights that will allow the brand to grow its digital presence

  • Keeps up-to-date on emerging technologies, innovations, and consumer behaviors.

  • Pushes for innovation and creativity that will contribute to the overall brand image and equity of the brand assigned.

Provides the following reports on time with insights, clear next steps, and timeline.

  • Weekly (every Friday)

    • Customer Feedback

    • Competitor check

    • Digital report

    • LTO performance (every Monday)

  • Monthly

    • Consolidated Digital report (last Monday of the month)

    • Consolidated LTO performance (last Monday of the month)

  • Quarterly

    • Consolidated Digital report

PR and Community

Champions overall PR direction & strategy

  • Develops PR strategies and campaigns

  • Prepares, plans, and manages all publication of the brand and its products (media kits, brochures, flyers, etc.) internally and externally

Collaborates with internal and external agencies and departments

  • Manages, coordinates, and monitors all PR requirements with media partners, influencers, internal and external partners, and departments.

  • Organizes PR events and seeks opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising.

Monitoring and Reporting

  • Tracks media coverage and is up to date with the industry trends

  • Prepares and submits PR reports on time

PR Issues Managements

  • Leads management of PR issues

  • Proposes responses for PR issues

  • Manages community responses

Store

Overall Store Requirements Assistance

  • Leads the overall store requirements

    • Campaign collaterals

    • In-store marketing collaterals and institutional signages

    • Maintains liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing materials. Local Store Marketing

  • Leads assigned areas for local store marketing to uplift sales of opportunity

Event Management

  • Assists in organizing and executing store-related events be it for campaigns, product launches, or PR-driven events.

Campaigns

Campaign Assistance

  • Assists in the conceptualization, research, development, production, and execution of product launches and campaigns.

  • Ensures expectations and timelines are met

  • Maintains liaison with external and internal suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing materials.

Product

R&D Assistance

  • Assists in the product development through research, feedback, and other R&D requirements.

  • Take note of product requirements for the responsibilities needed to be executed on digital and store.

Brand

• Leads and proposes a clear strategy to grow the assigned brand/s business and presence on digital and offline.

• Champions the initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, day-to-day execution of campaigns, promotions, and
sales. support.

Product and Promotions
Studies, creates, and proposes promotions to uplift sales and drive foot traffic.

• Manages promo development for approval

• Leads the conceptualization, development, execution, and delivery of promotional materials to the store

• Monitors and reports the performance of the promotions.
Store & Public Relations

Champions the overall store requirements

• Store hygiene collaterals

• Promotional collaterals

• External partner's collaterals
Maintains Liaison with external suppliers, assisting in commissioning and delivery of marketing materials.
PR Events, Media Conferences, Store Events

• Assists in organizing and executing store-related events be it for events, product launches, or PR-driven events.

• Develops contracts for Clients and coordinates with the store for their requirements

• Ensures signed contracts are submitted to the stakeholders; Ensures contract trackers are updated.

• Develops post mortem reports for all store events; In touch with store to create recommendations and gets insights

Lead Generation and Competitor Check

• Ensures we get leads for monthly events in assigned brand/s

• Tracks the activities and product launches or competitors

Local Store Marketing

• Leads assigned areas for local store marketing to uplift sales of opportunity stores for the brand.

• Conceptualizes and collaborates with stakeholders to ensure development of a 360 campaign/ initiative.

Ad Hoc

  • Ensures the following are updated and/ or uploaded real-time and regularly

    • Weekly reports

    • PR list

    • Post mortem reports

    • FA file trackers

    • Expense tracker

  • Adheres to company's Code of Conduct

  • Gives equal respect to his/her superior and fellow employees

  • Performs other related duties and functions assigned by his/her superior

Job Specifications:

  • Graduate of Marketing management or other related course

  • With at least 3 years experience in the same position from F&B, Hospitality and/ or Retail Industry

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Work Schedule: 5 days/ Monday to Friday

  • Available to start ASAP

  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig City
