Auto-Loan Collections Senior Manager

We are seeking an experienced Auto-Loan Collections Senior Manager with a strong background in auto loan financing to lead and manage the full spectrum of our collections operationsfrom early-stage delinquent accounts to write-off and recovery accounts. The role is critical in formulating and implementing collection strategies, enforcing compliance with policies, and driving performance to minimize delinquency and credit losses
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related course.
- Candidate MUST possess 10 year working experience in auto loan collections, ideally within the banking industry. Preferably at least 7 years in auto loan.
- Strong knowledge of auto loan processes and collections systems
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Goal-driven and proactive.
- Dynamic and can work well with all team members.
Location: Metro Manila
Work Set-up: Onsite
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM 5:30PM
