About Us

Omari Construction is a fast-growing roofing and insurance restoration company handling high-volume claims across multiple states. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, and storm damage claims. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Insurance Supplementer to negotiate with insurance carriers, prepare supplements, and ensure all jobs receive correct approvals.

Position Overview

The Insurance Supplementer is responsible for communicating directly with insurance adjusters, reviewing job documentation, preparing supplements, building estimates, and negotiating fair approvals. This role also includes updating job worksheets in AccuLynx, coordinating with sales reps, and invoicing for completed jobs.

This is a fully remote, 40-hour per week, hourly position paying $6/hour.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Negotiations & Communication

  • Communicate daily with insurance adjusters, desk reviewers, and claim representatives.
  • Submit supplements and negotiate increased approvals based on scope needs and documented damage.
  • Follow up consistently until supplements are approved or escalated.
  • Record all communication inside the CRM.

Estimate & Supplement Preparation

  • Build supplements using job photos, measurements, and missing scope items.
  • Identify code-required upgrades, waste calculations, material requirements, D&R items, ventilation, steep/two-story charges, and any omitted line items.
  • Create accurate, detailed estimates that align with industry pricing and insurance guidelines.

CRM Documentation (AccuLynx)

  • Update the worksheet, job notes, documents, and status tabs daily.
  • Upload all correspondence, estimates, approvals, and photos into the CRM.
  • Ensure production and sales teams always have the correct updated scope.

Invoicing & Closeout

  • Prepare final invoices for homeowners and insurance carriers.
  • Ensure supplements, change orders, and scope adjustments are billed correctly.
  • Maintain complete, organized files to expedite job completion and payment.

Team & Homeowner Coordination

  • Communicate with sales reps to gather missing documents or photos needed for supplements.
  • Provide homeowners with updates regarding claim status and next steps.
  • Ensure all departments are aligned on approved scopes and supplement outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Roofing or insurance claims experience strongly preferred.
  • Xactimate, AccuLynx, or estimating experience is a major plus.
  • Strong negotiation skills and persistence with follow-ups.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of claims at once.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Comfortable working fully remote with consistent daily availability.
