Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Company Nurse located in Pasig. The Company Nurse will oversee employee health and wellness by providing medical care and first aid for illnesses and injuries that may occur in the workplace. Responsibilities include conducting health assessments, administering treatments, maintaining health records, facilitating emergency response plans, coordinating employee wellness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational safety and health standards. The Company Nurse will also disseminate health-related information and promote health and safety practices among employees.

Qualifications

  • Professional nursing skills, including administering first aid, conducting health assessments, and providing basic medical care
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety standards and workplace healthcare compliance requirements
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills for managing employee health records and reports
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for promoting wellness programs and health education initiatives
  • Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations and create emergency response plans
  • Registered Nurse with a valid PRC license
  • Relevant certifications in occupational health nursing or safety are advantageous
  • Experience in corporate or industrial settings is an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
