I. Summary

Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key business partners within the vape industry. This role requires strong negotiation skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage and grow accounts in a competitive market.

II. Responsibilities

1.     Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Promote and sell vape products to retailers, distributors, vape shops, and wholesalers.
  • Conduct product presentations, introduce new SKUs, and explain product features and benefits.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, and market research.

2. Account Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continuous business growth.
  • Monitor client inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and promotional deals aligned with company policies.

2.     Sales Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
  • Track competitors' pricing, promotions, and new product launches.

4. Merchandising & Brand Promotion

  • Ensure proper visibility of vape products in stores through merchandising and point-of-sale materials.
  • Organize in-store promotions, sampling activities, and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional plans and brand strategies.

5. Compliance & Market Understanding

  • Stay updated on vape industry regulations, product requirements, and market trends.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with legal and company standards.

III. Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in sales; experience in vape, FMCG, or distribution is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with strong time-management skills.
  • Willing to do fieldwork and travel across assigned territories.
  • Must be results-oriented and customer-focused.
