About the role

Orion Dockyard Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Engineer to join our team in Orion, Bataan. In this full-time position, you will contribute to the successful delivery of our construction projects, playing a vital role in our continued growth and expansion.

What you'll be doing

  • Assist with the execution of various construction tasks and activities on-site
  • Collaborate closely with construction supervisors and team members to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards
  • Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools in a safe and efficient manner
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to protect yourself and your colleagues
  • Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve construction processes and practices

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • At least 2 years of work-related experience
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, practices, and relevant technologies
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills to diagnose issues and implement solutions on-site
  • Strong understanding of safety guidelines and regulations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer service orientation, teamwork, and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
