The Procurement Manager plays a strategic leadership role in managing assigned procurement categories, with a strong focus on delivering value through effective sourcing and supplier partnerships. This position is responsible for the end-to-end procurement lifecycle. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, the Procurement Manager ensures sustainable capacity and supply availability from a carefully curated pool of Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) vendors. The role is pivotal in securing competitive advantage for the company by driving cost efficiency, supply reliability, and value creation for our customers.

Supply & Risk Management:

  • Analyze supply and demand trends, identify potential risks, and recommend solutions to ensure sustainable capacity and availability from Market Best-in-Class (MBIC) suppliers. Conduct supplier evaluations and plant visits to validate capabilities and support long-term growth.

Supplier Management:

  • Oversee the full supplier lifecycle from accreditation to termination. Monitor performance, address gaps, and collaborate with suppliers to meet complex category requirements.

Cost Management:

  • Perform cost analysis and benchmarking to drive cost reduction strategies. Utilize market trends and negotiation techniques to optimize procurement value across categories.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Manage complex orders and respond to customer inquiries with strategic insights. Recommend improvements based on feedback and ensure alignment with business needs.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's Degree graduate of Engineering, Finance, Economics, or any Business Courses.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years of strategic end-to-end procurement experience.
  • Certification in Procurement or Supply Chain is an advantage.
  • Must be competent in Supply Management, Supplier Management, Cost Management, Negotiation, Risk Management, and Stakeholder Relationship Management.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php130, Php145,000.00 per month
