Compliance Staff member to assist in the preparation and processing of regulatory documents with various government agencies. This role supports the company's compliance operations by ensuring that all permits, licenses, and filings are submitted accurately and on time. The role also requires occasional field work for follow-ups, submissions, and coordination with government offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and submission of documents to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for product registration and related requirements.
  • Support the processing of import/export documentation with the Bureau of Customs, ensuring all shipments comply with customs regulations.
  • Handle business permit applications and other documents required by Local Government Units (LGUs).
  • Coordinate with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for company registrations, renewals, and updates.
  • Provide administrative support for tax-related compliance tasks, including documentation and coordination with relevant government offices.
  • Maintain organized records of all submitted documents and official communications.
  • Monitor deadlines for renewals and compliance submissions.
  • Coordinate with different departments to gather necessary documents and ensure completeness.
  • Conduct field work such as visiting government agencies for document filing, follow-ups, or pick-ups when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Management, Public Administration, or a related course.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in compliance or government document processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the processes of FDA, Bureau of Customs, LGUs, SEC, and BIR.
  • Willing and able to do field work when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge in online government portals is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php23,000.00 per month
