Role Overview

We are hiring a Graphic Designer to create on-brand, scroll-stopping visuals for our clients' social channels. You will collaborate closely with account managers and our design lead to translate briefs into clean, effective designs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design social media posts, stories, banners, ads, and simple motion assets or reels covers.
  • Translate briefs into clear concepts, then deliver fast, polished files.
  • Revise and optimize existing assets based on feedback.
  • Manage multiple requests and meet daily and weekly deadlines.
  • Stay current on platform specs and visual trends.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Proven experience designing for social media with a strong portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Canva. Figma is a plus.
  • Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork.

Work Schedule and Availability

  • 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday.
  • This is a full-time role with no other jobs or freelance engagements during employment.
  • Be online and responsive on Slack and email throughout working hours.

Connectivity and Equipment

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection required.
  • Backup plan for outages, for example mobile data hotspot.
  • Capable computer that runs Adobe apps smoothly.
  • Quiet, professional workspace.
