WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• MUST BE NEAR TAGUIG (or with reliable commuting options)
• Has at least 2–3 years of customer or technical support experience
• Can handle basic support tasks (e.g., password resets)
• General skill in the use of MS Office and other standard software applications required for the role
• Amenable to work full on-site in BGC (shifting schedule)
• Amenable to start ASAP

About You (Soft Skills)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates effective people skills and sensitivity when dealing with others
• Comfortable speaking to customers over the phone; speaks clearly and explains things simply
• Organized, detail-oriented, and good at managing time
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

YOUR DAILY TASKS

• Handle incoming calls and assist clients with basic inquiries or support requests (e.g., ticket updates, password resets).
• Monitor service tickets, ensure timely updates, and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain smooth, professional communication with clients and vendors.
• Welcome and support virtual visitors, directing inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and organize emails.
• Keep records, contact lists, and files updated, while supporting daily administrative tasks.
