This is a remote position.

1. Keyword Research and Analysis:

   - Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for improving organic search rankings.

   - Analyze competitor strategies and industry trends to inform keyword targeting.

2. On-Page Optimization:

   - Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.

   - Ensure website architecture and internal linking support SEO goals.

3. Off-Page Optimization:

   - Develop and execute off-page optimization strategies, including link building, to enhance the website's authority and trustworthiness.

   - Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and webmasters for link-building initiatives.

4. Technical SEO:

   - Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and address issues affecting search engine performance.

   - Collaborate with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.

   - Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

5. Content Strategy:

   - Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content strategies.

   - Optimize existing content and provide guidance on creating new, high-quality, and engaging content.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

   - Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

   - Provide regular reports on key SEO metrics and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

7. Local SEO:

   - Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in specific geographic areas.

   - Optimize local business listings and manage online reviews.

8. Stay Informed:

   - Keep abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques.

   - Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role with a track record of improving search engine rankings.

- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.

- Proven SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.

- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web development languages.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
