The Telemarketer is responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and support the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
  • Promote and explain company products or services in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Generate sales leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain an updated record of customer information in the CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Answer customer questions and address concerns with professionalism.
  • Follow call scripts and comply with calling guidelines.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call quotas and sales targets.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and trends.
  • Uphold the company's brand through excellent customer service.

Qualifications
  • High school graduate or college level/graduate.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
