QUALIFICATIONS:

Education : College graduate or Bachelor degree holder.

Work Experience : At least 1 year of experience in recording and inventory management.

Others : Excellent in Math and Recording abilities

Keen eye for details

Ability to work extended hours and shifting schedules Including weekends and holidays (As deemed necessary)

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for maintaining accurate recording of all parts of the Further Processing products which able to track each item through records that come in and left behind at production by using records within organized system.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensures that all products including its inputs, outputs and materials usages are accurately recorded in logs or electronic systems.

  2. Compute and analyzes data based on the production metrics, such as efficiencies, yields and recoveries.

  3. Report any discrepancies or issues in the recorded data to FPS Supervisors.

  4. Ensures on time submission of Daily Production Reports based on the agreed Service Level Agreement/Specific Objectives.

  5. Perform other duties as may be required.
