HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our dynamic team at MTDM Trading' in Binondo, Manila City, Metro Manila. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's human resource initiatives and ensuring the smooth management of our employee operations. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and development of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support the company's goals and objectives
• Administering and coordinating employee onboarding, training, and development programs
• Handling employee records and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
• Providing support in the recruitment and selection process, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating new hires
• Addressing employee inquiries and resolving HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborating with managers to identify and address staffing needs, and assist with performance management processes
• Participating in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work environment

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis, report generation, and the use of HR information systems
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Collaborative mindset and a commitment to contributing to the overall success of the organisation
