Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and versatile Bar Man to join our team. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining bar cleanliness, assisting customers, and supporting kitchen operations when needed. The ideal candidate is organized, hardworking, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced food service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
  • Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, glassware, and equipment.
  • Monitor and restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
  • Process orders accurately and handle payments using the POS system.
  • Ensure proper mixing, garnishing, and presentation of all drinks.
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Assist in basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation or plating during peak hours.
  • Multitask efficiently between bar duties and kitchen support when required.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support opening and closing bar duties, including setup and inventory checks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in bartending or hospitality is an advantage.
  • With 1–2 years of experience as a Bar Man, Bartender, or in a similar role.
  • Knowledgeable in drink preparation, bar operations, and basic food service.
  • Able to multitask and assist in the kitchen when needed.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work well under pressure.
  • Trustworthy, well-groomed, and professional in appearance.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
