Onsite Job – Store Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role ensures that staff deliver excellent customer service, maintain food safety standards, and work toward achieving store performance goals. The Store Supervisor acts as a hands-on team leader, coordinating both front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficiency, and service quality during assigned shifts.
  • Implement and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs), with full compliance to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Monitor store cleanliness, food quality, and service speed through regular checks and corrective actions.
  • Assist in scheduling, training, and supervising staff to ensure optimal manpower coverage and performance.
  • Provide real-time coaching and guidance to crew members to improve service and teamwork.
  • Lead by example in maintaining professional conduct, grooming standards, and adherence to company policies.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, fostering a customer-centric environment.
  • Track inventory levels, ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO), and coordinate replenishment needs with the Store Manager.
  • Maintain accurate shift reports, sales summaries, and incident documentation.
  • Support compliance with company regulations and promptly escalate operational concerns to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (vocational or college education preferred).
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations.
  • Prior supervisory or team leader experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a team during peak hours.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.

The salary for this position is open to negotiation, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
