Key Responsibilities:

  • Assign and supervise daily maintenance tasks to technicians and workers.
  • Ensure completion of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Diagnose equipment issues and assist in troubleshooting complex problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage.
  • Ensure all tools, equipment, and materials are available for scheduled work.
  • Train and mentor maintenance staff to improve skills and performance.
  • Coordinate with other departments to address urgent maintenance requests.
  • Report work progress, challenges, and resource needs to the Maintenance Head.
  • Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and preventive maintenance procedures.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management software is an advantage.
