Pangunahing Tungkulin:

Ang Utility/Driver ay pangunahing responsable sa pagpapanatili ng kalinisan at kaayusan ng opisina at ng paligid nito. Kasama rin sa tungkulin ang pagbibigay ng serbisyo sa pagmamaneho para sa mga empleyado at mga opisyal na lakad ng kumpanya kapag kinakailangan.

Mga Tungkulin at Pananagutan:

  • Isagawa ang araw-araw na paglilinis at sanitasyon ng opisina, banyo, pantry, at paligid.
  • Siguraduhing maayos ang wastong paghihiwalay at pagtatapon ng basura.
  • Tumulong sa paghahanda ng mga meetings, kabilang ang pag-aayos ng lugar, pagseserbisyo ng meryenda, at paglilinis pagkatapos.
  • Magmaneho ng sasakyan ng kumpanya para sa serbisyo ng mga empleyado (point-to-point) o opisyal na lakad kung kinakailangan.
  • Panatilihing malinis at nasa maayos na kondisyon ang sasakyan bago at pagkatapos gamitin.
  • Siguraduhing nasa oras ang pagsundo at paghahatid ng mga empleyado.
  • Itala ang kilometrahe at agad na iulat kung may kailangang ayusin o ipa-maintenance sa sasakyan.
  • Tumulong sa paghahatid ng mga dokumento, gamit, o iba pang bagay ayon sa tagubilin.
  • Agarang iulat sa immediate head ang anumang aksidente, pagkaantala, o insidente.
  • Magbigay-suporta sa ibang departamento kapag kinakailangan, lalo na sa oras ng maraming gawain.
  • Gampanan ang iba pang tungkuling maaaring ipag-utos paminsan-minsan.

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
