POSITION: SALES ASSOCIATE

Job Description:

- A promoter generates interest in a product, service, or event by creating awareness and persuading people to take action.

Core responsibilities:

- Customer engagement: Approach and interact with customers to introduce products, generate interest, and build relationships.

- Product demonstration: Illustrate product features, benefits, and uses to potential clients, often providing samples or information.

- Sales and target achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets by persuading customers to make purchases.

- Promotional activities: Distribute flyers, samples, and other promotional materials; set up and maintain attractive product displays.

- Customer support: Answer customer questions, address concerns, and assist with product selection.

- Reporting and feedback: Collect and report customer feedback, sales performance data, and other information to management or sales teams.

- Brand building: Create a positive image for the company and build brand awareness through enthusiastic and knowledgeable promotion.

- Required skills and qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse customers.

- Sales and negotiation skills to persuade customers and close sales.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.

- Enthusiastic, positive, and organized attitude.

- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about new products.

Qualifications:

  • Complete mandatory benefits

  • At least High school diploma or equivalent is often sufficient, though a degree in marketing may be preferred for some roles.

  • Willing to start ASAP
