The System Implementation Consultant provides subject matter expertise for assigned customer implementations, for one or more RealPage products. The Product Consultant provides best practice guidance, manages customer deliverables and adheres to project timelines. The Product Consultant is responsible for data analysis, on-time implementations and backlog management for assigned customers.

This role is also responsible for completing site setup, which is the process of applying the Business Model settings down to the newly acquired site. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESImplementation for single product for small to midsize property management companies. Coordination of RealPage services including data conversion and training.

Deliver on-time implementations, per agreement with customer

Accurately forecast activations and update backlog on a weekly basis

Support clients through the implementation process to achieve a high level of client satisfaction.Identify and escalate to your leader, issues or risks to assigned implementations

Follow through on commitmentsREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:Bachelor's degree in an Accounting, Business or Finance related position

With 2 to 3 years work experience in System ConfigurationExperience working in a sales environment a plus; knowledge of the sales cycle

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; excellent presentation skills

Must possess good organization and time management skills

Customer service experience is required

Able to work with little supervision, but knowing when to escalate problems

Must be willing to work in a Night ShiftMust be flexible in terms of work arrangement (On Site, Home or Hybrid)
