Job Summary:

The Graphic Artist is responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics for both digital and print marketing materials. This role requires a creative individual who can develop eye-catching content that drives engagement, enhances brand identity, and supports promotional campaigns for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality, visually compelling graphics for digital and print media that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
  • Continuously explore creative concepts to enhance the visual identity of the company's marketing materials.
  • Manage design projects from concept through completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Ensure all designs are free of errors, consistent with brand guidelines, and optimized for various platforms (web, social media, print).
  • Takes high-resolution pictures of various products and/or other items to be used for graphic layout and design.
  • Contributes ideas and development in editing raw or completed videos and/or music in accordance with the needs of the requested parties.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and new software to improve technical proficiency and design techniques.
  • Participate in relevant training sessions to enhance design skills and stay competitive.
  • Research updated graphic techniques or design trends and contribute these ideas to the overall creative team.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, and color theory
  • Knowledge of digital and print design best practices for social media, advertising, and packaging
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry
  • Experience in designing digital marketing and print materials
  • Ability to create innovative, visually appealing designs that capture audience interest
  • High accuracy in design layout, color consistency, and brand adherence
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
  • Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust designs to meet evolving needs.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:
