Service Reliability Engineer

  • Ensure the availability, scalability, and performance of the critical systems and services
  • Maintain production stability through proactive monitoring, incident response, systems engineering, and continuous improvement
  • Play a key role in mentoring and training our NOC (Network Operations Center) team to strengthen operational excellence in a 24x7 environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux/Unix systems, networking, and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Experience with observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, PRTG)
  • Proficient in scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) and infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience in a 24x7 operational support environment is a strong advantage
  • ITIL, SRE Foundation certification, System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft-(MCSA)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, Systems Engineering, or similar roles
  • Able to work in graveyard shift
