Sales Receptionist

In-charge of customers/clients' sales transactions and safe storage of in-charge jewelry stocks.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Coordinates with Officer in Charge and colleagues for effective and successful sales.

2. Maintains/increases customer base through collective creation of promotional ideas, affordability and novelty of stock.

3. Ensures successful sales through friendly customer accommodation, product detailing, reasonable price haggling.

4. Details accurately quantity and product descriptions in Sales Invoice.

5. Ensures customer cash payment on the product.

6. Records and monitors all items on charge invoice, conversely, records returned/unsold items

7. Refers to OIC for product price discounts.

8. Receives and checks new stocks transferred.

9. Monitors and reports movement of assigned stocks and accomplishes Daily Counts and Daily Sales record/file.

10. Conducts daily physical count of assigned stocks.

11. Participates and coordinates with Inventory Custodian during scheduled inventory.

12. Stores and retrieves assigned stocks properly and safely from vault under the supervision of Vault Custodian.

13. Enhances product presentation through creative display and arrangement of stocks and general cleanliness and maintenance of showcase area.

14. Participates in monthly staff meeting.

15. Strictly observes all company SOP's and company rules and regulations.

16. Performs other functions that may be assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php505.00 per day
