About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Airline Support Agents to join our team at Top1Movers Worldwide Inc.' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. No prior experience is necessary, as we welcome high school graduates who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling incoming calls from customers and providing them with information and assistance related to our airline services
  2. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  3. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  4. Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements
  5. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  2. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
  3. Commitment to continuous learning and a willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge
  4. Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
