We are looking for a dedicated
Test Analyst / SQA Engineer
to play a key role in validating the functionality, stability, and performance of our gaming solutions tailored for the club, hotel, and casino industries. This position involves ensuring our software meets the highest quality standards before reaching end users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans to uncover defects and ensure smooth system performance
  • Investigate testing outcomes, identify root causes of issues, and provide clear reports to the development team
  • Partner with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to align testing with product requirements and design
  • Log, track, and manage all identified errors, defects, and anomalies during the testing process
  • Suggest and verify fixes, recommending enhancements to improve software reliability
  • Validate that all products meet defined quality benchmarks and user expectations
  • Develop and maintain automated testing scripts to support continuous testing efforts
  • Perform regression, performance, load, and scalability testing when required
  • Communicate test results, quality metrics, and risk assessments to management and project stakeholders
  • Stay current with emerging testing tools, practices, and techniques to improve QA efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Test Analyst, QA Engineer, or similar role in a software development environment
  • Hands-on expertise with functional, system, regression, and user acceptance testing
  • Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, processes, and tools
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Proficiency with bug-tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
