What you'll do:

As a Mid-Level Web Developer, you will be responsible for managing and developing digital assets for our clients, with a primary focus on front-end and back-end web development, supported by IT tasks. This role offers long-term growth with potential to progress to a Senior Full Stack Developer role.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Front-End Web Development (47.5%)
  • Build responsive, interactive, and accessible websites using technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
  • Translate UI/UX designs into working digital interfaces, using Figma as the primary tool for design translation.
  • Collaborate with design teams (Team C) for design direction, ensuring consistent visual branding across platforms.
  • Implement front-end solutions for platforms including WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
  • Maintain consistency with web development conventions and industry standards.
• Back-End Web Development (47.5%)
• Develop and maintain server-side applications using PHP and other relevant technologies (Java, JavaScript, ).
• Work within LAMP stack environments, managing databases and server-side logic.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services into client websites.
• Handle ongoing maintenance, updates, and enhancements to client websites.
• Ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing back-end infrastructure.
• 3. IT Support (5%)
  • Provide support for client and internal systems, including domain management, hosting, and DNS configuration.
  • Set up and troubleshoot business tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and third-party marketing software.
  • Monitor website uptime, ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed, and manage digital assets using DAM systems.

Successful candidates must have:

• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency or fast-paced web development environment
• Solid understanding of both front-end and back-end web development
• Proficiency in PHP and the LAMP stack
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Magento, Shopify, and BigCommerce
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and code quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Understanding of web standards, accessibility, SEO, and responsive design
• Mastery of front-end and back-end tools used within the agency
• Consistent delivery of high-quality, secure, and visually polished websites
• Independent management of IT support and hosting-related issues
• Proactive contributions to agency growth and process improvements

Work Arrangements:

• Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT
• Work Setup: Work-Onsite
• Office Location: Parkway Corporate Center, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
