Web Development Role

We are seeking a skilled web developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in building and maintaining functional web pages and applications.

  • The web developer will work closely with experienced architects, developers, and project managers to contribute to successful projects.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Designing and developing well-structured, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices.
  • Creating and maintaining APIs to integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
  • Gathering and refining specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
  • Ensuring software stability by performing regression, unit, and user-acceptance testing.
  • Maintaining software documentation.
  • Providing necessary maintenance and support as needed.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, and problem-solving.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge/experience with development technologies, frameworks, and libraries primarily React, Angular, and REST API.
  • Solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
  • Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object Oriented Programming, and web application development.
  • Aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
  • Familiarity with source code management, such as Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration.
