We're looking for a
Project-Based Multimedia Artist
to bring Dragon Edge Group's employer brand to life This role is hybrid, with only
two on-site days per week
, giving you the flexibility to create content that inspires, attracts, and engages.

What You'll Do:

Design impactful static and dynamic content (Meta, LinkedIn, IG) that highlights our culture and achievements

Produce creative and engaging reels that showcase life at DEG

Support website updates with fresh visuals and content

Ensure all outputs are aligned with our employer branding strategy and visual identity

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in multimedia design with a strong portfolio (social media content + reels preferred)

Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and storytelling ability

Ability to work independently and collaborate with our Employer Branding and Marketing teams

Comfortable with a
hybrid setup (2x per week onsite)
