  • Attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to follow instructions accurately
  • PPE use, fire safety, Lock-out Tag-out (LOTO), handling of chemicals and raw materials, heat and noise exposure management.
  • Operation of internal mixer, monitoring systems, and basic preventive maintenance
  • Standard operating procedures for rubber compounding and quality control checks
  • Participation in job rotation, Kaizen activities, and workplace efficiency programs

Pay: Php13, Php16,000.00 per month
