Sales Associate

The sales associate is responsible for supporting the sales efforts of the company, helping to drive revenue, build brand awareness, and develop strong customer relationships. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities to achieve business goals.

Sales Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, product demonstrations, quotations and proposals.
• Keep track of sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products or services.
• Answers questions from clients about product and service benefits
• Tracks sales data and works to meet sales team goals
• Develops sales strategies and approaches for various products and services.
• Maintains excellent relationships with clients through superior customer service.
• Coordinates and collaborates with the team as to the needs of the client
• Persists in sales even in the face of failure
• Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
• Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
• Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
• Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market and propose it to the management
• Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
• Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
• Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
• Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
• Monitor client's sale progress
• Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
