• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product information, addressing questions and concerns, and resolving issues.
• Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales area.
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays to enhance the shopping experience.
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.
• Basic computer skills.
