Job Title: Master Data Assistant

Employment Type: Temporary/Contractual (1 year)

Location: Pasig

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between various internal departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration on data-related projects.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data across systems, ensuring that the data is clean, complete, and up-to-date.
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and ongoing management of master data and analytics projects, assisting in timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, ensuring that all project milestones, issues, and resolutions are tracked.
  • Assist in the monitoring of project progress, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that all deliverables are met.
  • Actively participate in identifying and resolving any issues that arise during project execution, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve data processes and recommend enhancements to streamline data workflows and project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in data coordination, data management, or project support
  • Familiarity with data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy in all aspects of work, especially when managing data.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve project issues efficiently.
