About:

Agency Toolchest is a web application and Chrome extension designed to improve performance management for agencies. Through advanced analytics, gamification, and targeted coaching, the platform helps organizations increase employee engagement and achieve revenue goals.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, engineering, and support to align product deliverables with business objectives.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to gather requirements and prioritize development of new features or platform improvements.
  • Create detailed product requirement documents for design and engineering teams.
  • Conduct manual QA testing prior to production release to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Triage bugs and issues, ensuring proper requirements and prioritization before assigning to developers.
  • Maintain documentation and facilitate feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate clearly about project status, issues, and deliverables, keeping all relevant parties informed and engaged.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product or Project Manager with a proven track record managing SaaS or web application projects in the agency operations sector. Strong organizational and leadership skills required.
  • Technical aptitude to understand platform workflows and integrations, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with performance management, analytics tools, and agile practices using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; knowledge of insurance sales operations is highly preferred.
  • Experience managing remote teams and familiarity with CRM systems, agency management platforms, and insurance industry software.
