Work collaboratively with all participants in software development projects and support developers and testers as they set up their build and test environments. Build the release calendar in close collaboration with project managers of different portfolios across IT, centralizing the view of all releases.

Forward plan the release windows and cycles across a portfolio. Manage risks and resolve issues that affect release scope, schedule, and quality. Measure and monitor progress to ensure application releases are delivered on time and within budget, meeting or exceeding expectations.

Conduct release readiness reviews, milestone reviews, and business go/no-go reviews. Produce deployment, run books, and implementation plans. Participate in change control board meetings to discuss release scope and roadblocks.

RequirementsMust Have:Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in release management, project management, or service transition.

Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle. Advanced knowledge in ITIL.Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion. Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
