Job Responsibilities:

  • Receives supply requests from different departments.
  • Plans and performs work that involves receiving, inspecting, returning, unloading, shelving, packing, labeling, delivering, and maintaining a perpetual inventory of forms, office supplies, and various types of equipment.
  • Rotates stock and arranges for disposal of surpluses.
  • Keeps records to maintain inventory control, cost containment and to assure proper stock levels using the Netsuite system
  • Receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment and compiles records of supply transactions
  • Verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions and invoices.
  • Inventories supplies and equipment needed for company use

Job Qualifications:

  • College Graduate with Bachelor's degree in Office Management and other related courses.
  • With a work background in a pharmaceutical company holding a storekeeper role, preferred but not required.
  • Must have at least 6 months of relevant work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
