DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate directly with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute marketing strategies tailored to the food and beverage sector
  • Assist in conceptualizing campaign ideas for product launches, seasonal product, food events, and digital promotions
  • Plan and produce visually compelling multimedia content including food photography, recipe videos, reels, behind-the-scenes kitchen stories, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), with a strong focus on visual storytelling and audience engagement

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

  1. Content Creation & Multimedia Production

Develop high-quality visual and multimedia content for campaigns, social media, and digital platforms

  1. Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across key social platforms

  1. Campaign Execution & Support

Assist the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing campaigns aligned with brand objectives

  1. Brand Consistency & Visual Identity

Ensure all visuals and communications align with the brand's style and tone

  1. Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with the Marketing Manager and team to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing efforts

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and multimedia content creation, ideally in the food and beverage industry

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), Canva or equivalent

  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.)

  • Strong eye for design, trends, and aesthetics

  • Excellent communication and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a creative team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php23,000.00 per month
