About the Role

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with ClickFunnels expertise to support the launch of our Project-Based Learning (PBL) activities and educator toolkits. Your role is to create beautiful, branded designs for digital resources (worksheets, journals, toolkits, etc.) and also build and optimize sales funnels in ClickFunnels to deliver them effectively.

This position is ideal for someone who loves designing professional materials while also having the technical skills to manage funnel pages, checkout, and digital delivery.

Responsibilities

Design and format educational materials (worksheets, journals, rubrics, guides) using Canva and Google Docs/Slides.

Create branded, professional printable and fillable PDFs.

Package resources into organized, downloadable bundles for educators.

Design and build ClickFunnels pages (opt-in, sales pages, checkout, thank-you pages, and membership areas).

Ensure branding is consistent across funnels and resource packs.

Organize files in Google Drive for easy library access.

Collaborate with the Content Development VA to make sure designs match curriculum drafts.

Provide light funnel testing and support (ensuring smooth customer experience).

Qualifications

Strong experience with Canva (required).

Skilled in ClickFunnels page design and funnel setup (required).

Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).

Ability to create professional, polished digital resources.

Eye for branding, layout, and conversion-focused design.

Organized with strong file management skills.

Good English communication skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience designing or formatting educational/teacher resources.

Familiarity with other funnel tools (Kajabi, Teachable, ThriveCart, etc.).

Basic video editing skills (short promo/tutorial clips).

Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, etc.).
