Position Overview

The Sourcing Lead plays a key role in driving talent acquisition success by overseeing sourcing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and ensuring a consistent flow of qualified talent for various hiring tracks. This position partners closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand workforce needs, execute targeted sourcing initiatives, and maintain high-quality candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle. The Sourcing Lead also plays a critical part in optimizing sourcing processes, mentoring sourcing specialists, and building long-term talent pools that support business growth.

Responsibilities

Sourcing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across multiple roles and levels.
  • Identify, and engage top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, networking, ATS, and market research).
  • Manage and maintain strong candidate pipelines and ensure timely delivery of qualified leads to Recruiters.
  • Analyze sourcing yield rates and cost efficiency to recommend improvements and new sourcing initiatives.
  • Conduct market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence efforts to support strategic hiring decisions.

Pipeline Management & Candidate Engagement

  • Maintain an organized and updated candidate database, ensuring accurate and complete candidate information.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates to support future hiring needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and HR to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to align on sourcing expectations, challenges, and market insights.
  • Provide updates to stakeholders regarding sourcing progress, market availability, and pipeline status.

Team Leadership & Process Optimization

  • Mentor and coach junior sourcing members (if applicable), ensuring adherence to best practices and performance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement sourcing tools, automation, or strategies to increase efficiency.
  • Support the overall recruitment function with data-driven insights and solutions to strengthen talent acquisition workflows.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain sourcing trackers and generate pipeline or performance reports as required.
  • Monitor sourcing metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with internal documentation, data privacy, and recruitment policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Business, or any related field.
  • At least
    5 years of experience in sourcing or talent acquisition
    , preferably within a
    BPO, RPO, Offshoring, Outsourcing, or Staffing
    environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, market research, and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
