Operations Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst / Junior Consultant to support our client. This role is critical in streamlining internal processes, organizing project materials, and ensuring key operational data remains accurate and accessible.

The ideal candidate is a structured thinker who can transform messy inputs into clean, logical outputs, while working independently to keep projects moving forward.

• Conduct research and summarize findings into clear, structured briefs for client projects and internal strategy.
• Convert rough notes, outlines, and voice memos into polished slide decks and client-facing documentation.
• Maintain and update KPI dashboards and trackers using tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, or Pipedrive.
• Draft and organize process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support ongoing operations.
• Handle light scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up tasks to ensure priorities stay on track.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to synthesize messy or incomplete information into clear, actionable outputs.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Sheets, Notion, or CRM platforms (e.g., Pipedrive).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Prior experience in operations, consulting, or project coordination is a plus.
