Job Summary

The 3rd Party Fulfillment Supervisor manages day-to-day operations with contracted third-party logistics (3PL) providers. They ensure service levels, quality standards, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment. The role requires coordination between the company, the 3PL partner, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Management – Oversee performance of 3PL/fulfillment centers, ensuring KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, cost efficiency) are met.
  • Order Processing Oversight – Monitor order flow, ensuring correct and timely picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Inventory Control – Work with the 3PL to maintain accurate stock counts, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Issue Resolution – Address and troubleshoot fulfillment errors, delays, or damages with the 3PL provider.
  • Performance Reporting – Prepare and review fulfillment performance reports, providing feedback and corrective action plans.
  • Process Improvement – Recommend and implement improvements in workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.
  • Compliance & Standards – Ensure 3PL complies with company standards, legal requirements, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • 3–5 years experience in warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment operations
  • Strong understanding of order management systems, WMS, and 3PL operations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and create action plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php28, Php35,000.00 per month
